At Little Haat, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
Please note:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds are not applicable for normal wear, misuse, or incorrect handling
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable in certain cases
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
